SpyderAuth offers refunds under specific conditions: full refunds apply if the company cancels a course. Participants withdrawing before the course start date may receive partial refunds minus administrative fees. No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests received after the course has commenced.
To request a refund, contact the company via the contact form or email security@spyderauth.com with your enrollment information. Refunds are processed within four days, returned to the original payment method.
Refunds are non-transferable and will be issued only to the individual who made the original payment for course enrollment.
The policy excludes refunds for course materials or resources already accessed. Refunds will not be provided for individuals dismissed from the course due to violations of the code of conduct or academic dishonesty.
We reserve the right to modify this policy immediately without advance notice. Please review it regularly.
